Incorrect shipment.
Made my order for a white TP5 golf balls with specific text for an annual gathering ( one dozen ). Received a dozen Yellow TP5 with completely different text. Had to contact the company and explain the mistake and resubmit my order. Then had to get a label , go to FedX, pay for repackaging and await to correct product. They were replaced in about 48 hours just in time for the event.
