Golfballs.com is great!
On Dec 3rd I ordered a dozen customized TaylorMade golf balls as a Christmas gift for my grandson. On Dec 21st we started wrapping gifts and realized that we had not yet received them. I called customer service at Golfballs.com. They said it appeared that FedEx had lost them in Memphis. The rep asked when we needed them by and I explained it was a Christmas gift. He said he would redo the order and ship them out overnight at no cost to me. We received them Dec 23rd. I can't speak highly enough about their customer service! They won a customer for life.
