I decided to do something different when asking my Groomsmen to be in my wedding. Rather than text them I customized golf balls with a picture of my dumb face and caption. It was a hit. The prints on the balls came out perfect.

Customer service helped me out with a problem on an order and I was extremely impressed with how fast they took care of it. They rose above and beyond the expected efforts.

No problem ordering the balls as a Christmas gift, and they were shipped very quickly in time for me to wrap and give as a present. One problem - they sent the wrong ball. They redeemed themselves with how quickly they responded, and I had the replacement (correct) balls within a couple of days, still in time for Xmas, luckily.
