Personalized Divot Tool sent broken 2x before asking for money back
I ordered a personalized divot tool with ball marker and the magnetized ball marker did not fit in the space for it...Felt kind of like an idiot that I gave someone a broken gift for Christmas.
Told my friend I'd contact the company and have it replaced.
Received the replacement tool and the exact same issue was wrong with it again.
At this point I took my business elsewhere. Quality Assurance is lacking badly here...you'd think they'd double check a replacement order. Guess not.
