Wilson Triad Golf Balls

The 2025 Wilson Triad softened up a touch. I find it to be middle of the road spin (which is still pretty good) and as long as anything else out there for ME. Driver swing speed approx 94. 7 iron carry approx 150. It's not Srixon Soft Feel or Wilson Duo Soft feeling, but has a very nice soft/heavy feeling to them. They do putt really well with no wobbles etc that I've seen. They do not have Bridgestone B XS spin, but plenty for around the greens and on mid/short irons in. I find for the price ($17 per dozen less than ProV1) that it's every bit as good of a ball. If you carry a plus handicap, then maybe not for you, but for the everyday 5-15 handicap, it's fantastic. Golfballs has always been on top of the golf ball game. If I'm wanting anything and have a week or so before I need them, that's where I go. I'm not telling anyone to change balls, etc. so just take it for what it's worth...one guys preference. Hit 'em straight!

I've been a loyal Wilson customer for years. My home course is tight placing a premium on accuracy. Normally, I play a 2-piece Wilson offering so I don't spend a lot of time or worry when I hit one astray. Today, I played the Triad for the first time. Nice feel from the 80-compression ball. You don't have to swing your driver 110 mph to get the full tech benefits. Not noticeably longer nor having greater stopping power receiving well struck iron shots to the green. They putt nicely and are decent greenside. There is one area where this ball excels. These things fly straight. When properly struck, they go where aimed. I tip my hat to the engineers who did the design work. Will I buy them again? You bet, because a ball that flies where you want it is damn near priceless.
