Durability
I was so excited about getting these - the monogram was beautiful! I was lucky to play the same ball for 18 holes but unfortunately, the monogram was completely rubbed off by the end of the round. ??

Poor Packaging
I expect two boxes of 4 3 ball packs. What I got was the 3 ball packs stuffed in a mailing bag and they all got crushed and the balls were loose in the bag. Very poor.

Quick turnover
Ordered a box of balls as a Christmas gift with a picture logo on them. The turnaround time was great, arrived in plenty of time for the holiday. The photo imprint on balls was as good as to be expected. A few were a little distorted but not bad
