No follow-up
Called to order several dozen custom golf balls. They could not take the order because our logo was on some else’s computer. Promised a call back the next day to be able to take advantage of free offer with purchase. Still no follow-up a week later. Do you think there may have been missed communication internally?

All worked as advertised with on time delivery, but the actual printing size on the ball was underwhelming.
Personalizing tool didn’t provide me with enough info on actual size.
