Product Description

The new Q-STAR TOUR YELLOW is Srixon's softest ball with tour-level performance. Get tour-caliber spin and distance from its 3-piece construction and urethane cover, along with exceptionally softer feel than traditional tour balls.

  • The new FastLayer Core offers distance and soft feel without compromise due to a gradual transition from soft inner core to firm outer edge.
  • A new urethane coating with flexible molecular bonds digs deep into wedge and iron grooves for increased friction and maximum spin.
  • New side stamping aids in alignment when standing over those critical putts.
  • Providing a penetrating ball flight in any conditions, the optimal dimple design increases lift and reduces drag to maximize distance.
    • Compression: 72
    • 3 Piece construction

    Very Pleased
I have purchased gold balls through for years now. I usually purchase the Srixon Soft feel and this time purchased the Q-Star logo over run for the same price as the Soft Feel. Balls are brand new, no defects and have used them already. I like them better then the Soft Feel.

    Very Good Ball
I like the way it feels off the club, the distance I get and the bright yellow color.

Great ball for slower swing speed
Soft, good spin and short game feel, but very good distance for swing speeds <90 mph. Durable, and feels good. I have played every ball out there, and this one works for me.

Typically I'll play AVXs but hate paying more than $25-30/doz for golf balls, so I played Z-star and liked and heard Q-tour were equally as good *and cheaper. Truth is a may like these Q-Tours even better!

Pale Yellow - Not as bright as I hoped.
This review is only about the color - the ball is good for my game and I'll continue to buy this ball. But I was hoping the yellow color would be brighter like other brands. This particular yellow is pale and doesn't stand out as I expected. It is not the "highlighter" yellow that it appears to be in the picture.

    Solid ball for price!
I switched to yellow ball last year after hearing Michael Breed say “I’d you wear glasses to drive at night, you should use the yellow ball”. I find it much easier to follow off the tee without glasses, love knowing more quickly which ball is mine in fairway and one green, and Finding/identifying when not in fairway. After trying Srixon Z Star XV yellow and ProV1 yellow, I tried Q Star Tour yellow. Performance: The ball has a soft feel and lower spin off the driver. Almost as good as XV for a lot less $. Design: cover does not scuff as easily as ProV1 cover. My fave feature is the dark black line on back with the Q Star logo which helps me line up putts and eliminates need for me to add that line with a Sharpie.
