Not the Balls I Ordered
I’ve used golfballs.com many times in the past and was always pleased with the customer service; however, this was a different experience. I ordered the new Pro V1X Left Dash in Mar 2021 to be shipped to my new address which is a US address for military personnel stationed overseas. It can take longer for packages to arrive so I was patient, but after 6 weeks of waiting, I emailed and they informed me the order was stuck in the system because the address wasn’t recognized. They shipped immediately after that which was nice and I was understanding. When I received the balls, I realized they were Pro V1X, not the Left Dash I ordered. I inquired and was told due to availability, my order was automatically changed without asking if I was OK with it. Just a bad decision by someone at the company and it erodes the trust with their customers. Even worse, I was told they would exchange them, but in the email exchange they warned me that the balls could not have been used. Thanks Capt Obvious! Finally, when I said I wanted to exchange them, nobody responded to me for over a week so I just asked for a refund and shipping label. After 3 more days of waiting they did refund me and told me to keep the balls which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. It took over 4 months from the time of my order to get to that resolution which still wasn’t what I was looking for.
