The new MTB-X golf balls from Snell are an excellent performance option at a price that is hard to beat. Built as a 3-piece golf ball, the MTB-X is focused on offering longer distance with better workability in the short game. Compared to Snell’s standard MTB, the MTB-X has a firmer feel with higher spin rates.

To produce more distance off the tee, the Snell MTB-X contains a smaller high-compression core rated that is aimed at golfers with faster swing speeds. For improved control, the mantle’s thickness was increased to enhance spin for more confident mid and short gameplay. The aerodynamics have also been updated, now designed with lower lift for a more penetrating ball flight even through the wind. The CAST Urethane cover further adds to control, with a quality feel and long-lasting durability.
