Subscribe and Score Terms and Conditions

This page outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of the Golfballs.com Subscribe & Score subscription program ("Subscribe & Score"). These Terms are between you and Golfballs.com, Inc. ("Golfballs.com" "us" "we" or "our), and dictate your and our respective rights and obligations. These Terms establish the entire agreement between you and Golfballs.com relating to Subscribe & Score. Please be advised that your use of the Golfballs.com website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, as well as all other applicable terms, limitations, requirements, and conditions on the Golfballs.com website. By placing an order through Subscribe & Score program, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms, limitations, requirements, and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the Subscribe & Score program.

By participating in the Subscribe & Score program, you agree to receive the selected products in the quantity and delivery frequency indicated. You agree to be automatically charged the stated price or the price then in effect to the payment method on file. You understand that you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting Subscription Management.

Benefits

The benefits of the Subscribe & Score benefits are discussed on the 'About Subscribe & Score' page and are incorporated herein as part of these Terms. Golfballs.com reserves the right to change these benefits, including the products to which the Subscribe & Score program applies or any discounts or benefits involved, at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes to products, discounts, or details pertinent to the subscription will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

It is possible that some subscriptions, offer, or product details may change as you receive deliveries over time. This may include product or customization availability, pricing, taxes, shipping charges, or other order-related items. You may receive an email notification prior to the shipment of your subscription item outlining the product, pricing, and discounts details of the shipment. You have the full option of editing the contents of the delivery, including canceling or pausing the delivery if desired. If no changes are made, and if the subscription order can be fulfilled, it will be done so using the details in the notification.

Your Subscribe & Score subscription will begin immediately when an order is placed where the "Subscribe & Score" option is chosen for any applicable product(s). The subsequent subscription delivery shipment will depend upon the delivery schedule chosen at the time the subscription was initiated and will continue at that delivery schedule until you change the frequency or cancel. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting Subscription Management.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription(s) at any time without notice. If we do so, you will be notified and only charged for the orders that have been shipped to you.

Eligibility

Subscribe & Score benefits are limited to only those items that display the Subscribe & Score offer message on product pages, in the Shopping Cart, and/or during Checkout. Please be advised that not all products offered for sale on Golfballs.com are eligible for the Subscribe & Score program and Golfballs.com has the right to remove or add Subscribe & Score eligibility to products in our own discretion. Subscribe & Score is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the United States. Furthermore, some items may only be available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states. Subscribe & Score customers receive the benefit of free economy or ground shipping to addresses in the United States. Your participation in the Subscribe & Score program is personal to you and your account, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits to any individual or third party without our permission.

Some products that are eligible under the Subscribe & Score program at the time the subscription was initiated may no longer be eligible during subsequent deliveries. Additionally, a golf ball manufacturer may release a new generation of the golf ball model you are currently subscribed to. In this event, Golfballs.com will continue to fulfill your subscription order with the prior generation golf ball model that you originally subscribed to until inventory of that golf ball model is depleted. If we no longer have sufficient product inventory to fulfill your subscription order, you will receive an email notification identifying the product in question. Any such changes will be articulated through an email notification prior to your shipment and you will have the ability to update or cancel your shipment at that time.

The pricing of some products may increase or decrease after the initial subscription order was placed, including special promotions or limited time pricing changes. If this occurs, you will be charged for the price that is currently displayed on the website at the time of your next shipment. Special limited time promotions only apply during their effective dates. All returns under Subscribe & Score are subject to the Golfballs.com Returns Policy. Subscribe & Score subscriptions are void where prohibited.

Payment and Renewal

The total cost charged to your method of payment for each Subscribe & Score order will be the subtotal of the chosen items on the day that order is processed less any Subscribe & Score discounts, plus any applicable sales tax.

The charge for each Subscribe & Score item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Score order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, we will contact you to update your payment method.

Your subscription will remain in effect until it is canceled. You can cancel at any time via the 'Manage my Subscribe & Score' page, which can be found in the 'My Account' section of the website. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discounts and product pricing may not be the same as it was in the prior subscription. The product pricing and discounts at the time the new subscriptions is initiated will apply.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

In our sole discretion, we may change these Terms, (including all terms, limitations, requirements, and conditions on the Golfballs.com website), without notice to you. You continued participation after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes that have been made, you may cancel your Subscribe & Score subscriptions.
