Hey Tiger, Golf balls don't come pre-balanced at the factory. Independent testing has proven that. Although going out and practicing is the best way to improve, this is a great tool to help align and build confidence in your putting.

You want to improve your putting? Go and practice putting at least an hour everyday. This is how you improve and not by marking a dot on your ball. They already come properly balanced from factory. Good Luck! And GO STANFORD & GO RAIDERS!!!

Check-GO really helped improve my game. It marks well on the equator. The only better ball liner on the market is the new edition called the Check-GO PRO. There is no other product like this, it will really make a difference for putting and help a bit for driving. I highly recomend this product it had done more for me that $500 in the lastest golf gear has for lowering my score and enhancing my game. Try it, its cheaper than a dozen of almost any golf ball at a course.

when marking ball, the spinning action spreads the ink beyond the marked line, giving a spieder web image. I was unable to get the same balance point twice. I trashed it.

I believe there is a lot of truth to balls rolling off line because we do not play with "balanced" balls. Knowing the true axis of the ball has been very helpful to me especially in putting. I average 14 putts and am leading my league in total putts and fairways. So,no complaints here.

i am a farely good golfer and i tried this thing from a friend that had it on him when we played it "balenced" my ball and when i putt it whent off the hole by about a half inch and when i set up again at the same spot without it just to test i hit the ball right in so i was happy i didnt spend money on it and he was happy he got it a garage sale for $0.25 dont spend the cash on this gimick

Once you balance the ball it will never return to the correct spot. I.e.: make all of the markings appropriately. Then put the ball back into the unit and spin it again it will not return to the original markings. Nevers balance appropriately, just spins the ball nicely.

Love the CHECK-GO!! Makes lining up putts a cinch (if you read the green correctly).Balls roll truer to the line and cup. Wish it could straighten my hook.
