The towels where great. Embroidering was slightly inferior with the back of the writing on the back side of towels having the paper backing from the embroidering showing. This was for my business and would think you could do better with that issue. Also need to add at least another 2 lines for phone numbers and in my case including "INC" on the towel at no charge. Would buy more if this was corrected
