My husband ordered three of the gloves for me from your company. They fit fine now, but since I only got the shipment a couple days ago, I cannot say how long they will last, and that's the most important thing. I should mention your customer service and fulfillment, as they figure into my problems and their resolution. When the gloves first arrived, I thought they were too small. They were. We saw that you shipped the wrong size. We called, and you had us return the Mediums, and you shipped us the Larges, which we had ordered. When the Larges arrived, they fit well, but none of them had the Removable Marker....so we had to call Customer Service again. We got the same rep, Yolanda, who arranged to simply ship us three Markers, instead of having to ship the gloves back again. We loved your CSR, but we are less than impressed with the fulfillment end of the business. But, you fixed your mistakes quickly, and at no charge to us, which is a big deal these days. We will buy more stuff from you, confident that you will make it right for us if there are issues.
