Printing was bad.
The balls themselves are great. The custom printing looks like garbage though. If you are considering this ball with the Align XL customization, make sure to use the thin line setting. My customization was 18 characters--if that was too long, GB.com should have limited it. Not sure if it's a combination of the matte finish and the thick printing, but it just looks sloppy. Looks like I could easily scratch off the custom printing too.
