Absurd Shipping Time
Probably won’t take the Titleist 3-for-1 deal again. Ordering through Golfballs.com is great, but it takes Titleist a month or longer to ship 4 dozen golf balls. I didn’t get anything custom, just 4 dozen balls.

Lousy Customer Service
I ordered these Titleist golf balls on March 31. It is now April 21and I still have not received my order. In fact, I have not even received a notice of shipment yet. What's worse is that I didn't even have them customized I only asked for a high number ball which they should be able to pull right off the shelf. I know that the order description says it will be shipped by the manufacturer but for a simple order to take close to a month and still not be shipped is very disconcerting.
