TaylorMade TP5x PIX 3.0 USA Golf Balls - Double Dozen

This was not my first order from golfballs.com. My prior orders were all delivered very quickly and the personalizations that I ordered were done correctly. When I placed this order, I ordered Taylormade TP5 balls despite my intent to order TP5X balls. After completing my order and getting confirmation of it, I recognized my mistake. I telephoned golfballs.com’s customer service number. The telephone was quickly answered by a real human being, who was friendly and helpful. I explained to her the mistake that I made and provided my order number. She was quickly able to correct the order. Within about a week, I received the correct golf balls, not the ones that I mistakenly had ordered. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the customer service@golfballs.com and I will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.
