Customer service
The customer service was great. I purchased 4 dz Srixon Soft Feel golf balls with the Align print. Unfortunately, the print started coming off the first sleeve of balls. I contacted the company to inform them of the situation.Since it was past the 30 day return policy, I didn’t think I was going to get any help but I was wrong. Lesia contacted me and explained what, “probably” happened during the printing process of my order. She had me send back the unused balls and sent me 4 dz, printed the way I wanted. The replacement was fast and the paint, on the new balls, was great. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. Golf balls are fine, printing if fine. Golf game is still a problem.
