Best products & service!
Our 4 man Tuesday afternoon league has been together for over 15 years...9 holes, a beer and great conversation. I've been buying balls every year for our team, always stamped with the year, our names and usually a corny saying. The lines printed on the balls are crooked
I have repeatedly sent balls back for this reason. Your staff tells me they have rectified the situation, but that does not seem to be the case.
As of now I have emailed with your reps who claim to have elevated this to higher ups but still no contact has been made!
