Never a Problem
Have been purchasing personalized balls, markers, towels and other accessories for ten years, including six or more separate purchases in 2023. Never had an issue with any order. Sadly, my very last order was several dozen personalized balls as a memorial for the passing of two of my regular group, and to distribute to friends and family. I think these will last much longer than flowers. RIP my friends.

I requested one of their logos. They put it on but it peels off the first time you hit the balls.

A Favorite
I purchased these as a gift for a friend, when ordering I'm certain it said personalizing was part of the deal, however when I spoke with my buddy he informed me that there was nothing on the balls. I know he likes & uses this brand, but was disappointed there was no print on them

Disappointment
Srixon Soft Feel are a great product. I took advantage of the free personalization and chose the orange color with my initials. The product arrived and the only disappointment was the color was very faded and won't last long

Messed Up
I have never had a problem until my last order. They were very late and did not put on the personalized monogram that I had ordered. They explained the late delivery, but never explained the missing monogram. They also said I would be getting a $15 coupon, which never arrived. I will be making a phone call to complain.
