Nike Power Distance Super Series 2 Super Soft

On the 4th hole tee box this last weekend I decided to use one of these balls to see what they were all about. I could not believe the way this ball responds. Came off the head of my driver like a comet!

This ball is great if you already hit it far, but would like more control. You can hit this ball hard and it won't overreact and send you into the woods if you slice it a little. So go ahead and swing hard and watch your ball fly past your friends in the fairway.

I was given a dozen of these balls as a gift. Glad I only played one round with it. To me it felt loke a lump of clay as my swing speed is 95 - 105. I really disliked this ball...But!!! My wife who has a very slow swing says "this ball feels great!". She hits it well. She likes the way it plays around the green and thinks it putts well, soft off her putter. Must be a good ball for slower swingers. I give it a thumbs up for my wife.

On Feb 25th, I picked up a new set of Ping irons. On Feb 27th, using the Nike Super Soft - power distance ball, and the first time using the new 8 iron; I aced the eighth hole at Stonegate Golf Club's new Cypress course. A great ball!!

Hit my first hole in one with this ball,for me it has great feel.

Handicap 18. I really like the feel and sound of this ball, a soft thwock. It flys straight and true with moderate spin and is very accurate and reproducible with wedges and short irons. A great scoring ball. Unfortunately, I lose distance; 10 yards for short irons, 15 for long irons, and 20 for woods compared to Noodle or Mojo. So, I play this ball on short par 3's and pull out the distance balls on longer holes.

I found this ball during one of my rounds and started playing it. I was really surprised how far this ball went along with the soft feel. The ball also checked up pretty good as well.
