No surprise
Loved the photo golf balls. They are a Christmas gift for my husband. Asked that they ship them in a plain box. Not only did they have golf balls.com in the return address, it was on the box and on the tape sealing the box. If you'd like to surprise someone, forget it. Also expect to get an unrelenting stream of ads and emails.

Excellent Ball & Service
This being my 2nd year of purchasing imprinted golf balls, I continued to be impressed by sales agent Bryce and the customer service team. They were very accommodating with personal service and delivery. UPS said they delivered my shipment but I never received it. I contacted Golfballs.com about the issue and they immediately shipped a replacement order. Days after the replacement arrived by FedEx, I finally tracked down the UPS delivery driver and asked him about my first order. He didn't know if it was him who made the delivery and said that if He did, he might have left it at the house up the slope from me. After he left I checked the other house and sure enough there was my original order!
