So everyone can make a mistake. I ordered these balls with a custom imprint on them. I received the balls promptly. Upon opening the package I found that half the order had an imprint other than I had ordered. I got on the golfballs.com website and chatted my issue. Within 1 hour, I had a return shipping label for the errant balls and an email confirming the shipping information for the balance of my order. Very impressive. Great job.
