Not Happy
I ordered on 6/14 with an expected delivery of 6/19. When I didn't have my order by 6/20, I chatted with someone on the website and he said there was an internal error and my order was on hold because I used the # symbol for my apt number, but he said he was going to ship them out that day with a delivery of the next day, the 21st. When I didn't have them by the 22nd, I again chatted with someone on the website and was told they were out of balls and wouldn't be getting more in for a week. At that point, I asked to cancel my order but was told I couldn't. By the time I finally got my delivery, it had been 3 weeks. It was the first time I ever used golfballs.com and it will be the last. Horrible service and not allowed to cancel my order was pretty ridiculous.
