I am very impressed with this company. We were having our Annual Golden Girls tournament and found Metallic Gold golfballs that I had our organization name put on. I ordered the last minute and realized I needed quicker. They immediately changed my shipping and sent out to me. I received within 2 days, although FedEx claimed they couldn't deliver to me. I went to FedEx on a Saturday to pickup the box. It was damaged and when I got home and opened, found 2 balls with writing scrapped off. I sent pictures to the company and they replaced the damaged order. Very professional company and understanding about quick and efficient delivery. Thank you.
