Golfballs.com Expert Description
With the TaylorMade OS Putters, sometimes bigger does mean better. Available in three different head styles, the OS Spider, OS Monte Carlo, and the OS Daytona, each putter has an oversized head to enhance stability through the swing and at impact. The more stable the swing the better the accuracy, helping your sink more putts.
Offered in both right and left hands, and features an oversized mallet head, with a face-balanced toe hang, full-shaft offset, double-bend neck, and multi-material construction.
OS Monte Carlo
Available only in right hand, and features a slightly smaller mallet shaped head than the spider. Made of 304 stainless steel, this club also has a 20-degree toe hang, full-shaft offset, and double-bend neck.
Available in both right and left hands, this putter has a 4.8-inch deep blade shaped head and a 304 stainless steel construction. A 36-degree toe hang, full-shaft offset, and L-Neck distinguish this club from the rest.
Improved Feel and Sound + Visual Enhancement
Each of the OS Putters contains a vertical, deep-milled insert for enhancements to sound and feel. This insert also improves ball grip, pushing your shots into better rolls. Thanks to a raised sight line in contrast coloring, lining up your shots is a breeze. Combined with skin-milled surfaces, these clubs offer looks that match the quality of their play.
Each putter in the OS line features a larger head size that raises the MOI (moment of inertia). A higher MOI and larger sweet spot means your shots fly fast from more areas of the face.
Features of the TaylorMade OS Putters:
- Three different head shapes, each one oversized, means there’s a club for each player’s needs
- Vertical, deep-milled insert improves roll, grip, sound, and feel
- Raised contrasting sight line and milled surfaces make alignment easier
- Bigger heads raise the MOI, making for faster shots from larger sweet spots
