I ordered 3 personalized golf balls on the same day (3 separate orders) with gift wrapping and a card for each. The very first order arrived last and was very late; a number days late. The message on the card was hand written with very poor penmanship (whereas the messages on the other 2 orders were not). The second order was not gift wrapped. The gift wrapping on the first order looked like it was done by a 10 year old. 'Disappointing. I felt like I was duped which, truthfully, I was.
