Wrong name
I ordered a dozen balls a couple weeks ago with the initials RMB. They arrived with the wrong name. I assume “Butch” got the RMB balls and I got his. Not pleased with the error.

Personalized Golf Balls
I ordered two boxes of the Callaway Supersoft golf balls as gifts. The customer service was EXCELLENT!! I had ordered them in the evening and in the morning one of the recipients of the golf balls told me she changed her "golf name". I immediately called customer service at golfballs.com and spoke with (I believe) Jordan . . . told him about my dilemma, he assured me the change could still be made. The balls arrived early (amazing!) but one of the boxes had the original name. I customer service again, who confirmed the error. Within one week I returned the error order (free) and received the corrected order!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and will use them over and over again!!
BTW....My friends LOVED the golf balls!

Great ball, great price.
Why not play with a new ball rather than an experienced one. Didn't have to go the pro shop of golf store. Delivered right to my door. Great ball, that I have been playing with for 5 years. Who needs a pro v?

Most importantly- when I call I get a Live person right away & I don’t have to push a bunch of stupid buttons
Secondly the prices are much much reasonable
