  1. Satisfaction Guaranteed

    If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Clubs may not be returned after they have been used. Due to their custom nature, personalized golf balls may be returned for partial credit only. Golf balls, bags, shoes may not be returned in used condition unless defective or unless covered by manufacturers warranty.

    If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.

  2. Incorrect Item Delivered

    If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pick up the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.

  3. Wrong Size

    If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like shoes or gloves, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size if available. Returns and shipping charges due to mis-sizings are at customer expense.
