The putter is available in both options. You have the option to select either option through my site. As long as you select the double bend option you will get the double bend.

I just bought an itsy bitsy spider putter and would like to know how to adjust the weights, or how do i know if the weight distribution is even? Thanks

Thank you for your question. The weights can be changed out using the Taylor Made MWT torque wrench. The putter comes stock with 4 gram weights in both weight ports.
