As an assistant pro at a private club in Utah, the Belly Putt has been great for fitting members for belly putters! It's a great tool and I can see why it would sell strong. It's a high quality item!

Very good product

I was impressed by the product. It is well constructed and the extension fits very solidly after installation. I find it very positive that you can adapt the extension to exactly the length that's right for you. On the other hand, belly putting has increased my confidence therefore reducing my putts significantly. If you don't feel like spending $200+ for a new putter but would like to try it, this is it.

I was immediately impressed by the quality of the product; how well engineered it was. I had already bought a conforming belly putter grip before the product arrived, and shortly after getting it, I had my putter exactly as I wanted it. I read one review about waggle in the extension, but I installed it in my four year old Odyssey White Hot XG and it tightened up to where it felt like a solid shaft. I recommend .

I bought the Belly Putter Converstion Kit two months ago. The process of converting a regular putter to a belly putter was extremely simple and fast. I could not believe that I putted so much better afterwards. I am sure my total putting strokes have gone down by at least two or three because of use of belly putting.

I placed this onto my Seemore putter. The concept is sound but there is one major FLAW with it. When you waggle the club it moves. The entire handle moves. No matter how tight I made the device it still moved. There was no way to putt with it. It feels like the handle moves first even before the club head moves.

I am an assistant pro at a private club and with the recent surge in popularity in belly putters, can I use this item to fit people for belly putters? I've found it tough to measure and get the perfect fit for our members. Is this tool adjustable and re-adjustable?

Travis, Other that putting a hole in the top of the grip you can reuse this. It will only extend 7-8 inches though so you're limited up to that point. Thanks.

The rules of golf state that if two grips are presetn on a putter, they must be circular in cross section. I f I attach this device to my current putter which has a normal flat side grip, will it not make my club illegal fir use in competition play?

One flat side putter grip and one round putter grip would make your putter non-conforming to USGA rules. They ( means both grips) must be round in cross section. So you would have to replace the current grip with a round grip.

The current conversion kit is non-conforming for tournament play. There is a piece included with the kit that will aid you in making it tournament legal.

Only you will be able to answer that after you try it. Belly putting does have some advantages for some people as you see in the comments above.

Couldn't agree more with David. The Kit itself will work with just about any putter. We seen some issues with old putters made prior to 1990 but no other issues.
