The Cleveland Launcher 3 Wood has an 11% larger face than any of its predecessors in the Launcher range to provide extra forgiveness on off centre mis-hits. This fairway wood comes in lofts of 13, 15 and 17 degrees and two Fulikura shaft options allow all golfers to find the club best suited to their swing and deliver the optimum in distance and accuracy.

You would definately fit into the Red. The red is the lower launching "tour spec" shaft offered.

Great Question.
The answer is both! They go hand in hand together. That's why so many companies taught High Launch clubs or balls. More carry, etc.....More height should translate into more distance.
