This is a great hat that fits like a glove. My head doesn't fit most hats but this does.
I would recommend this hat for the casual look and for those whose head doesn't fit most hats.

Unfortunately, for personalized hats, the machine can only accomodate 10 characters. We could, however, fit the web site name on golf balls, which fit up to 17 characters per line. Thanks!

Are all of your hats one size fits all, Ive got a big head, most of those don't fit.

Most hats are a one size fits all. The exception would be any cap that is considered a FlexFit cap and offers a variety of sizes. Those may be your best bet.

I too, have a rather large melon, but I was very surprised how much these caps stretch out and I have a small/medium and it fits just fine...the medium/large was too big

I wouldn't recommend the Crunch Cap for anyone with a larger head size. I would be more inclined to wear a flexfit style cap in the largest size available. This way it offers a little more give with the flexible band for sizing.
