This cap is great for baseball and softball teams for them to put their high school's custom logo on. We bought some for every player on my son's baseball team, and extras for some of the parents who wanted to support the team.

Are all of your hats one size fits all, Ive got a big head, most of those don't fit.

Most hats are a one size fits all. The exception would be any cap that is considered a FlexFit cap and offers a variety of sizes. Those may be your best bet.

I too, have a rather large melon, but I was very surprised how much these caps stretch out and I have a small/medium and it fits just fine...the medium/large was too big

I wouldn't recommend the Crunch Cap for anyone with a larger head size. I would be more inclined to wear a flexfit style cap in the largest size available. This way it offers a little more give with the flexible band for sizing.
