Hi, thanks for the question. This hat is not fitted. It has an adjustable strap in the back. For other hats, 7 1/4 should put you in the medium/large range. -Parker

I notice that golf caps have different lenghts of the Brim. I prefer the longer brims, how do you know which is which. What does unstructured refer to versus the others.

Are all of your hats one size fits all, Ive got a big head, most of those don't fit.

Most hats are a one size fits all. The exception would be any cap that is considered a FlexFit cap and offers a variety of sizes. Those may be your best bet.

I too, have a rather large melon, but I was very surprised how much these caps stretch out and I have a small/medium and it fits just fine...the medium/large was too big

I wouldn't recommend the Crunch Cap for anyone with a larger head size. I would be more inclined to wear a flexfit style cap in the largest size available. This way it offers a little more give with the flexible band for sizing.
