Run very big
I have and enjoy two pairs of FJ Flex XP shoes, fit great, the Limited Edition 3 is way to big! Sought help from golfballs.com via chat and customer service email, 3 weeks and no reply. From a company I buy clubs, balls and apparel from I expected service and respect, I received neither. I contacted FJ, who told me 40 %of reviews had sizing issues on the big size. Had I purchased from FJ they would have exchanged them out. I gave away the shoes to a froend who wears 1.5 sizes larger.
