almost a month to get an item
I placed a order on June 24,2019 for a wedge,shoes, sunglasses and a putter. On June 25 get an email stating the wedge and shoes and no longer available no problem since the putter was the item was really looking for. June 27 email stating order on the way which was great. July 2 another email stating the shoes and wedge is not available again no problem. July 3 email order on the way. July 5 rcd order which i did get wedge (which stated no longer available) which the box was torn in half good thing wedge wasnt damaged. And i also rcd shoes which said no longer in stock. Item i really needed was putter which did not get called asking were it is, ashton said they sent a email stating it was no available, I never got it did for the wedge which i did get. Then stated he had to get it from the manufacture and he would send it priority over nite. Bottom line after several calls looking for the putter and a tracking number I finally rcd on July 16, so it was never sent priority overnight. So if you are looking for an item and in need of it soon I would beware. It took almost a month to get the putter and there was no communication if I didn't call. Didn't get the bill yet so don't know what i am being charged yet might be another issue. I am in retail and customer service is the biggest thing this was not good customer service at all, this is the only reason why i am writing this survey.
