Golfballs.com Expert Description

Available for a limited time, the TaylorMade M1 Special Edition Driver is simply stunning. Featuring a blue carbon composite crown, red loft sleeve and an American flag icon on the toe, you can rest assured that you'll have the most unique driver out there on the course. For more awesome features, you'll find a beautiful chrome face and a T-track that includes blue and red sliding weights.

Additionally, the M1 Special Edition Driver comes stock with a premium components, including a special edition Fujikura Speeder Evolution TS 661 shaft, a Z-Grip Patriot grip from Golf Pride and a red, white and blue TaylorMade premium leather head cover. Only a limited number of these special edition drivers are available.

Thin and Strong Construction

Incredibly thin, strong, and lightweight construction in the TaylorMade M1 Driver is the key to the outstanding distance, feel, and ease of play. With an adjustable loft sleeve and a T-track incorporated into the club sole, players can tailor this club to their exact needs for serious results right out of the tee box-- no matter their skill level.

"M" for Multi-Material

While more isn't necessarily always better, the multiple materials used in the construction of the M1 Special Edition Driver definitely benefit this club, and deliver the unparalleled distance all players crave. An exclusive 7-layer 460cc Carbon Composite Crown is impressively thin, ultra-light, incredibly strong, and meticulously shaped to shave off as much unnecessary weight as possible and keep the club fast.

With the saved mass from materials, the sole and overall club head weight moved lower for a lower CG (Center of Gravity) that adds forgiveness and transfers power more efficiently to the ball, unlocking outstanding speed and distance off the tee.

Customized Launch

No two players are alike, which is why the M1 460 Driver makes personalizing launch a key element in its construction. A Front Track and a Back Track form the shape of a "T" on the club sole, and allow for adjustments in both fade and draw, and high and low trajectories. The Front Track has a sliding 15-gram weight to deliver draw, neutral, or fade ball flights, while the sliding 10-gram weight on the Back Track changes for high, medium, or low trajectory and spin off the tee.

Paired with a 12-way, 4-degree modifiable loft sleeve, which can add or subtract 2-degrees, the M1 Special Edition Driver gives average players the shots they need and better players the shots they desire.

Features of the TaylorMade M1 Special Edition Driver:

  • Special edition red, white and blue clubhead, plus unique accenting throughout
  • Built with extremely low CG that allows for an efficient power transfer for more ball speed
  • A 4° (+/-2°), 12-position, sleeve for the golfers preference of face angle, loft and lie
  • Front Track: One 15 gram weight to provide multiple draw, neutral and fade settings
  • Back Track: One 15 gram weight adjusts for multiple high, medium and low launch and spin settings
