Golfballs.com Expert Description
Incredibly thin, strong, and lightweight construction in the TaylorMade M1 Driver is the key to the outstanding distance, feel, and ease of play. With an adjustable loft sleeve and a T-track incorporated into the club sole, players can tailor this club to their exact needs for serious results right out of the tee box-- no matter their skill level.
"M" for Multi-Material
While more isn't necessarily always better, the multiple materials used in the construction of the M1 430 Driver definitely benefit this club, and deliver the unparalleled distance all players crave. An exclusive 7-layer 430cc Carbon Composite Crown is impressively thin, ultra-light, incredibly strong, and meticulously shaped to shave off as much unnecessary weight as possible and keep the club fast.
With the saved mass from materials, the sole and overall club head weight moved lower for a lower CG (Center of Gravity) that adds forgiveness and transfers power more efficiently to the ball, unlocking outstanding speed and distance off the tee.
No two players are alike, which is why the M1 430 Driver makes personalizing launch a key element in its construction. A Front Track and a Back Track form the shape of a "T" on the club sole, and allow for adjustments in both fade and draw, and high and low trajectories. The Front Track has a sliding 15-gram weight to deliver draw, neutral, or fade ball flights, while the sliding 10-gram weight on the Back Track changes for high, medium, or low trajectory and spin off the tee.
Paired with a 12-way, 4-degree modifiable loft sleeve, which can add or subtract 2-degrees, the M1 430 Driver gives average players the shots they need and better players the shots they desire. Golfers can take the customization a step further via the three additional shaft options, including the Fujikura Pro 60 for high launch, the Mitsubishi KuraKage Tini Silver 60 for medium launch, and the Aldila Rogue Silver 70 for low launch.
Features of the TaylorMade M1 430 Driver:
