Decent Hat - Bad shipping and customer contact
I ordered these hats for the personalization for an event. When the order had not arrived, I called GB.com and inquired. Come to find out my order had been ready for a while but they were out of one color hat... so, after a quick color change to something in stock, they barely got the order to me overnight. If it had been 15 minutes later on July 4th, I would have been returning everything. Including the balls I reviewed in another post. At this point, I wish I had returned everything.. except we would have had nothing for the event.. even though we had mis-print hats and a call logo that was so small it was illegible.. better luck next time I suppose..
