I have been using the Taylormade TP5 ball for several years and tried the tour response ball recently. I was pleasantly surprised that it was very similar to the TP5 but a 3 piece ball. I have now switched to the Tour response for several reasons: cost, durability and playability. I have found the tour response to be better for my game that the TP5 with a solid feel off the club.

Great feel, like butter off the irons and wedges, shot a 77 at talking stick south course with 2 double boogies, my irons we killing it and pitches and chips.
Distance is good, no extra side spin, flew a little high which was great with the short irons and wedges, great deal for the price.
