Finding a distance golf ball that also feels good around the greens is difficult. If this is what you have been missing in your game the Srixon Soft Feel golf balls can help. The Srixon Soft Feel has a core design that is quite hard around the perimeter but will get soft in the center. This allows them to be a lower compression golf ball but still get the soft feel outside the ball. Srixon calls this their gradient core.
Lower Compression + Distance
The Soft Feel is a two-piece ball and it is very affordable. The beginner and high handicapper with a medium to slow swing speed will do quite well with this 60 compression ball. The Soft Feel will provide distance and low spin off the tee when put into play.
338 Dimple Pattern
The dimple pattern on the Srixon soft feel is a 338 pattern that helps to reduce drag and increase the launch. The Ionomer cover is what gives these golf balls their soft and responsive feel. You will end up with a low spinning drive and a medium spinning wedge with the Srixon soft feel.

I have been playing Srixon Soft Feel golf balls for several years and really like them. I have tried other brands and they just do not match the performance at least to me. The lettering on the personalization is great and at only $5 for three dozen was well worth the price of admission.
