Poor order tracking
I placed an order for 3 dozen photo imprinted golf balls that were to be given as Christmas gifts. As of this writing, 2 weeks after Christmas they still have not arrived. The automated tracking information is totally worthless on their system. No one knows where this order is - including their customer service people - and as far as I can tell the golf balls are still somewhere in Louisiana. I happen to live in Ohio. GOlfballs.com gave the shipment to Fedex then it was supposed to go to the local post office and there is no indication that the post office ever got their hand off. I've ordered Christmas gifts from them the last 6 years but won't be doing it next year.
