User Ratings & Reviews
I love the Chrome Soft balls. I get good distance and the best feel around greens. The personalized balls were well done.

I ordered some of the Chrome Soft balls personalized for an upcoming Myrtle Beach golf trip. I'll give each of the guys in our group a sleeve of the balls. I used Chrome Soft balls last year and loved the feel and playability. They are great around the greens and land soft on approaches.

Had our annual golf get together in Austin this year. As usual, ordered a sleeve of logoed personalized balls from GB.com. This year the drop ship address didn't work and they were returned to GB.com. Bo did a great job reshipping them back so that they arrived on time for the outing. Thanks BO! The balls looked great and everyone keeps at least one for a memory. They now have 13. Highly recommend using this group!

I ordered 6 dozen Callaway Chrome Soft customer logo golf balls. First shipment of balls was terrible. Over half the balls had imperfections in the logos. I called their customer service department and they were very helpful on covered shipping the balls back and said they would issue an new order. They even tweaked the logo to improved the printing (should have been done the first time around). It go interesting when the next batch of balls arrived. All the packaging (cases and sleeves) were Chrome Soft but the balls were Callaway Supersoft balls. Which are $16 dollars less a dozen then the Chrome Soft balls. I did not look at all the logo and the quality of the printing on these balls but it did not matter... they were the wrong balls! I called again and they were very sorry this happened and offered to reprint the balls or provide me with a particial refund. I should have just called it quits there, but I opted for a reprint. I was assured that the balls would be perfect next time. The third shipment of balls showed up a week later and upon inspection of the balls 12 of the balls from the 6 dozen had imperfections. I was provided a discount and decided to keep the balls I had received. I would not recommend ordering logo golf balls from this site.
