More effective than the hittable versions... 7/14/2008

I have both and like both, but this version is more effective because it is heavier. I use it with the swingyde to warm up, practice at home, and at the range it gets me out of the hole I sometimes dig. It really smooths your swing more than the lighter hittable versions.
