Feel them while you walk and difficult to remove. 9/5/2007

The spikes were noticable as I walked. They added pressure points at the location of insertion. They were also very difficult to remove from my ECCO shoes. I heard good things about them but am going back to my Pulsar spikes.

How do you remove tri lok spikes? I have tried two prong remover and they don't budge in my nike's. Jim Carpenter

hi, thanks for the question. Tri-lok spikes should be easily removed with one twist of the spike wrench. Your spikes may have gotten stuck somehow, but you may try purchasing a new spike wrench. -Parker
