I have a new pair of Dexter golf shoes with metal cleats ( I think model "Natick F740"). Will the plastic cleats listed above fit them (to replace metal which I can't use on courses here).

It is difficult to say without seeing the golf shoes you have now. I think there use to be two fittings either a small or large screw on cleat.
