The size of the letter is roughly an inch in height. On the red and white towel it is white thread that is used. On the White towel black thread is used.

It varies upon how long your embroidery is. Meaning just putting BOB on a towel allows us to adjust the size better than say BOB JUSTICE. If you would like it a certain size just request when you either call in your order or place additional comments on your order stating such.
