Looks the part...... 9/30/2008
Handicap 10 - 15
The New Burner Driver replaces the Super popular Burner Driver of last year. How will it stack up? Aesthetically it looks even better! It now has more a a triangle head like the CGB Max Driver plus the shaft length is 46.25" to give you that extra oomph! Taylor Made has a winner in the Burner Driver.

The Burner will be the longer of the two with a slightler lighter shaft with an added inch for more distance off the tee.

My ball speed is around 138-140mph. For the stock shaft of the Burner 09 10.5, should I go to regular or stiff? thanks.

That ball speed typically comes from a club head speed in the mid 90's which can go either way into stiff or regular. If you get the chance to try them both you may benefit from being able to see the difference.
