Product Description

The Ping G10 Fairway Woods are engineered with a crown that directly intersects the sole to create a low profile head that combines with a long, shallow face for improved performance from all types of lies.

  • Internal weight pad creates the low CG location and provides higher ball velocity and reduced spin
  • Skirt-less design allowes PING engineers to reposition discretionary weight from the crown, face and hosel for a lower center
  • Stock Shaft: Ping TFC 129F Graphite Shaft

I've heard that 4 woods are the new 3 woods. If i wanted a new 3 wood, would i be better off getting a 4 wood due to height and length?

4 woods typically are lofted to 16 or 17 degrees making it easier to get off the ground. Many people are carrying only one fairway wood so the 4 wood is becoming more popular with new hybrids hitting the market.

Great Question. The answer is both! They go hand in hand together. That's why so many companies taught High Launch clubs or balls. More carry, etc.....More height should translate into more distance. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Play Well, Johnny
